Northern Guangdong is well-known for its Danxia Mountain. But it’s more famous for the so-called Danxia landform. 

粤北名山丹霞山，以丹霞地貌闻名天下。

In Chinese, “danxia” means red clouds in the sky. Characterized by its red cliffs, Danxia Mountain got its name from its unique color. 

“丹霞”一词，意指天上的彩霞。因此，丹霞山因红色的悬崖显现的独特颜色而得名。

In addition to different mountain or pillar shapes, a hidden paradise, Xiafu village, is located at the foot of mountain. 

在广东韶关丹霞山地区，不仅仅拥奇景山峰，还有古雅沉淀出的“桃花源”——夏富村。

Reflecting the rosy clouds, surrounded by verdant bamboos and golden paddy fields, it showcases the diverse idyllic scenery with the changes of seasons, which has attracted tourists from all over the country.
