The “Beginning of Winter”, one of the 24 solar terms in China, takes place on November 7.

On this day, the people in the Lingnan area may still be wearing T-shirts, while Beijing has had its first snowfall this year, which is earlier than before. 

这天，身处岭南的街坊还穿着短袖，北京的初雪已经降临，且比以往都要早一些。
