On the opening day of the competition, the Cantonese chefs showed off their cooking skills together, preparing dishes on site. You can not only taste all kinds of classic Cantonese delicacies such as Jieyang fish with five shredded ingredients, lobster ball, Chinese fried fquab, etc. but also admire thechefs’ slicing, carving, and garnishing skills.
