Guangdong’s “Cantonese Cuisine Master” Star Chef Accreditation activities were held smoothly, with more than a thousand chefs from all over the province participating in the event. 

广东省“粤菜师傅”星级名厨认定评选活动顺利举行。有来自全省各地的千余名大厨报名参赛认定。

The judges expressed their hope to select a group of chefs with the most lofty career ideals and beliefs, who can best represent the highest level of the industry, and show self-growth and adherence to the traditional skills of Cantonese dishes in the new era.

评委表示希望借助本次比赛评选出一批最具崇高的职业理想信念、最能代表行业至高水平的厨师，展现出新时代粤菜师傅的自我成长和对传统技艺的坚守。
