The Chinese diving team lived up to everyone’s expectations. 

中国跳水梦之队不负众望! 

On the afternoon of July 28, Xie Siyi and Wang Zongyuan won the gold medal of men’s synchronized 3m springboard diving at the Tokyo Olympic Games, which is the first Olympic gold medal won by a Guangdong athlete. 

7月28日下午，谢思埸和王宗源联手夺得东京奥运会跳水男子双人三米板冠军，这是广东运动员拿下的奥运首金。

Xie Siyi’s families are very proud of him. His father said there would be more games in the future and he hoped his son could continue to work hard. 

谢思埸的父母和姐姐都为他感到骄傲、自豪，父亲说给先给儿子打9分，因为后面还有比赛，扣一分是希望他继续加油。

His mother said he likes Chaoshan beef meatballs, and she will prepare them for him when he comes back.

妈妈说儿子最喜欢潮汕牛肉丸，等他回来做给他吃。
