Rice noodles are a type of foodmadeof rice flour. They are not only loved in Chaoshan, Guangdong, but also by people all over the country. 

粿条，广东潮汕地区的特色传统美食，用米粉为主料经过加工制成的食品，深受潮人和外地人喜爱。

Because the character “粿” (guǒ) has a good meaning in Chinese, the making of this dish also expresses people's desire to live a thriving life. 

“粿”（guǒ）往往寄予了好意头，粿类蒸熟制作，寄予了蒸蒸日上的愿望。

Now, rice noodles have become one of the symbols of Dengtang town to promote the construction of a beautiful countryside and a characteristic agricultural products industry.

如今，“粿”文化走向天南海北，粿条也成为登塘镇宣传美丽乡村建设和特色农产品产业的生动窗口之一。
