For Qi Baishi, a great master of art, traveling far away in his middle age was of great importance, which not only enriched his early artistic experience, but also played a certain role in his later art promotion and communication.

He created the Lingnan fruit series, in which the landscape conveyed Baishi’s most simple wish for life, bearing his love for Lingnan landscape, and also related to the fate of a generation of painting masters and Lingnan. 

他创作的岭南佳果系列，画中风物寄托了白石老人对生活最朴素的祈愿，承载着他对岭南风物的喜爱，也关联着画坛一代宗师与岭南的因缘。
