As the only autonomous county of Zhuang nationality and Yao nationality in China, Lianshan County is rich in festivals and folk customs. 

连山县是中国唯一的壮族瑶族自治县，节庆民俗丰富多彩。

Recently, the Water-Sprinkling Festival of Zhuang nationality officially opened in Lianshan, Guangdong. 

近日，广东连山迎来“七月香”壮家戏水节。

On this festival, Zhuang people, regardless of age or gender, gather in the river to wash their hair and play with water, praying for health and good luck. 

每逢此节，壮家人不分男女老幼集聚到河里洗头、沐浴、耍水，祈求健康长寿、平安吉祥。

People will sing and dance in Zhuang costumes to pass blessings to each other. Let’s feel the joy of the festival!
