A food contest: Cantonese food meets Mutton kebabs

The second Guangdong Vocational Skills Competition opened. 

广东省第二届职业技能大赛开幕。

The competition has three highlights. First, it uses an advanced clean energy oven. The second is it uses Cantonese pickling and cooking methods; the third is that it combines hometown specialties with barbecue to allow the contestants show their creativity. 

本次比赛突出了三个亮点,一是采用了先进的清洁能源烤箱;二是用粤式的腌制烹饪方法;三是把家乡的特产融入在烤肉制作中以发挥选手们的创造力。

Cantonese chefs show their talents and ingenious innovation, which not only retains the delicious mutton, but also gives the mutton kebabs a special taste.

粤菜师傅们各显神通,巧妙创新,不仅保留了羊肉的鲜美,更赋予了烤羊肉串与众不同的味道。
