Eating mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival has long been a folk custom. Every Mid-Autumn Festival, all kinds of mooncakes with various flavors begin to compete to become the people’s favorite. 

作为中国的传统文化节日，在中秋节吃月饼早已成为民间习俗。每年中秋节，各种风味的月饼便开始一争高下。

Chefs in Guangzhou have recently recreated some mooncakes that were popular during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, including sausage mooncake, roasted chicken mooncake and lotus seed paste mooncake. 

近日，广州厨师反复试验研发，将一些曾在清朝、民国时期大热的月饼还原了出来，包括腊肠口味、烧鸡口味、莲蓉口味等。
