On September 5, 2021, the Overall Plan for the Construction of the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin was officially announced. 

2021年9月5日，《横琴粤澳深度合作区建设总体方案》正式公布。

It is more convenient for Macao residents to study, work, start businesses, retire and live in Hengqin, Zhuhai, bringing new opportunities for the development of the cooperation zone.
