Cherry blossom culture has a long history in China, but it was not as popular in China for various reasons.

樱花栽培文化在中国历史悠久，但因为种种原因，中国樱花没能普及。

Since 1996, a local enterprise in Guangzhou has been making efforts to carry out an extensive investigation collecting wild cherry blossom varieties in China, and actively make innovative use of them. 

广州一家本土企业从1996年起努力至今，坚持对我国野生樱花品种进行广泛调查和收集，并对其进行积极创新利用。

At present, the company has independently developed 38 new varieties of cherry blossom, which have different characteristics, such as good heat resistance, ornamental use and various flower varieties. 

目前，自主研发出的38个樱花新品种与以往品种相比，具有耐热性好、观赏性强、花型多样等特点。
