Cantonese opera is a Chinese traditional opera art with the Cantonese dialect as a carrier. It is also known as "Guangdong opera" or "Guangfu opera".

粤剧是以粤语方言为载体的传统戏曲表演艺术。它又被称为“广东大戏”或“广府戏”。

Due to the absorption of Cantonese music, Cantonese embroidery and ivory carvings etc. it has both the charm of traditional opera and a fashionable attitude. Cantonese opera is riding the waves of our days and is becoming more popular among youngsters. 

因广泛吸收广东音乐、广绣、牙雕等地方艺术形式，粤剧既有传统戏剧的风采又有敢立戏剧潮头的先锋姿态。时尚弄潮儿“粤剧”也开始受到越来越多青年人的喜欢。

During the award ceremony of the 2021 Youth Performance Competition held by Guangdong Opera House, young artists shined on the stage, performing as smooth as floating clouds and flowing water. 

在广州粤剧院2021年青年演艺大赛颁奖的晚会上，青年艺术家们大放异彩，动作如行云流水。

They create visibility for this stage and ensuring the traditional opera arts could be passed on forever. 

青年粤剧人才们在粤剧舞台上创造无限可能，也使中国传统戏曲艺术得到传承，生生不息。
